We try our best to ensure that product information, pricing, descriptions, colours, measurements, and images are accurate.

However, product colours may appear different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric batches, or material variation.

Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement, production method, cushion thickness, or material type.

3. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise.

Prices, promotions, discounts, free gifts, and delivery offers may change without prior notice.

Promotional offers are valid only during the stated campaign period or while stock, slots, or campaign allocation last.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed through our online checkout.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, payment issue, suspected fraud, delivery limitation, or incorrect checkout information.

5. Payment

Customers are required to complete payment through the available payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

If payment fails, is incomplete, or is flagged for review, order processing and delivery arrangement may be delayed.

6. Pre-Order and Custom Orders

Some items may be pre-order, made-to-order, or customized.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guide only and may be affected by production schedule, material availability, public holidays, delivery routing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and processing has started.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas in Peninsular Malaysia.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery state, product type, and current shipping setup.

Our delivery service may include delivery and assembly where applicable. Customers do not need to assemble eligible furniture items themselves unless stated otherwise.

Delivery timelines and availability depend on location, product type, order size, building access, delivery route, and promotion terms.

8. Delivery Access and Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the item can fit through doors, lifts, staircases, corridors, entrances, and the intended space before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring building management allows delivery and assembly where required.

Additional charges may apply for stairs, difficult access, remote areas, special handling, waiting time, failed delivery, or re-delivery.

9. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, restricted access, unpaid charges, building restrictions, or item unable to fit into the premises, additional delivery or handling charges may apply.

10. Warranty and After-Sales

Warranty, if applicable, covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, stains, scratches, water damage, self-modification, third-party moving, or damage caused after delivery.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to hack, copy, disrupt, resell, scrape, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photos, product descriptions, graphics, logo, design, and text, belongs to TITAN Furniture or its content providers.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, product delays, delivery issues, or product usage, except where required by law.
